Last Saturday after Ayla and Isaiah's karate class while Angel went to school I decided to go on a car trip up to Payson AZ. I had the whole afternoon and I did not want to be at home with the kids.
It was a 2 hr car trip and I love to drive so it was wonderful. I think it is funny how in order to go somewhere cooler and greener u have to drive through up down and around rocky mountains.
It was a little cooler and we had gone to a park. We saw ducks in the lake and one was half in the water and half out but I missed it.
There was a playground and so we headed over. Gooby went straight to climbing like a little monkey. I guess he had practice on his bunk bed.
I miss the green, blue water and trees so much. It was very nice to just get away. Sorry Angel wasn't able to come.
Then Yesterday we went to Southern Mountain Park

The mountain that we were on is the mountain I call the Ikea mountain. It lies west of where we live and its the mountain we see when we drive towards Ikea. It also has towers on top.
We were only there for a few mins but it was a fun experience. We have to go back and walk one of the Mormon trails.
